Carter has been with RCS for 35yrs. He began as a laborer, then a certified sweep and repairman. Now he is the general manager and certified technician. He enjoys diagnosing chimney and venting issues. In his personal time, he enjoys studying classic cars and watching the history channel.

Kim is the office manager at royal Chimney for 3 years now, she enjoys keeping the office running smoothly and working with customers directly to discuss their needs, and book the appropriate service appointment. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her kids and reading scary novels.

Britney is the operations manager at Royal Chimney. This is her 3rd year with the company. Her favorite part about coming to work every day is the people she works with. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her son, gardening, fitness, and cooking.

Jordan has been with the company for 11 years! He is a certified sweep/mason/sales representative and project manager. His favorite aspect of working here is, he is able to help meet customer needs while taking pride in his work. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his daughter.

Del is a chimney sweep/inspector. Del has been with RCS for 20 years. HE was born AND RAISED IN THE MILWAUKEE/UPPER MICHIGAN AREA. his hobbies and interests include the home trades, specifically carpentry and cabinetry. One aspect of the job that he says is his favorite, is being able to help a customer that no other company was willing to do Hearing customers positive feedback makes it rewarding.

Randy is a Mason Laborer/chimney sweep. He has been with the company for 15 years. His favorite part of the job is working outdoors, and there is always a different jobsite/scenery. In his spare time Randy enjoys fishing, camping, sports, and being outdoors.

Kevin is a lead mason with the company for 22 years. His favorite part of his position is he always has something new and different to work on. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and relaxing with his family.

Josh is a lead mason with the company for 21 years. He loves the challenge of working on many different types of chimneys and fireplaces, and working outside in and around Milwaukee. In his spare time, he enjoys watching and playing sports, going to the gym, and taking care of and playing with his dog Bruce.

Evan is a mason laborer for 2 years now with royal chimney. He describes Royal Chimney as the best job he has ever had, from the work he does to the people he works with, In his spare time he enjoys playing video games, and hanging out with friends and family.

Jake is a chimney sweep/technician Supervisor for RCS for 6 years. He likes best about his position problem solving and working with customers. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and playing with his dog Bentley.

Jackie has been with the company for 40 years; her position is project coordinator. She enjoys talking with customers all day long and finding out their specific needs. Her spare time she enjoys reading and writing and spending time with family.

Dave is a certified chimney sweep/technician and has been with the company for 32 years. He likes to spend his time with family going to Door County. He really enjoys the Packers, Brewers and Milwaukee Bucks. He loves being outside, especially in the summer. His favorite part of the job is getting out to help people. He loves fixing inserts, fireplaces and chimneys!
